Victoria Vacaro

STRATEGY

15 years strategy executive at mission-driven organizations. Built and led creative and product teams that have driven $14M in philanthropic funding, over $40M in ROI for innovative initiatives, multi-million dollar product portfolios, etc.

They believe in the power of storytelling, aesthetics, community and re-affirming experiences. They live in Los Angeles with 1 good cat and 2 very bad ones.

Ayanna Miller

CONTENT

Content marketer, storyteller, and book lover with five years of experience based in Philly. Ayanna has doubled newsletter open rates, landed hundreds of SEO/GEO pieces on the first page of Google, and secured $3M in grant funding for nonprofits.

Their work is fueled by La Croix and an anxiety disorder. When Ayanna isn’t creating, you can find them underperforming at trivia, moving their body in various ways, or spending time with friends.

Graphic Designer and creative with five years of experience based in Richmond, VA. Kayley has garnered 250k+ views across social media platforms and worked with notable clients including Penguin Random House.

Their practice is influenced by intention and a timeless human quality. When not working, Kayley enjoys lounging on a hammock with a great book, baking sweet treats, and making things with their hands.
